Jen Martin LLB MAaPPCP works as a Psychologycal strategy director, facilitator and Trainer, who specialises in Vulnerability. Through her research with Irish government ministers, international business and sporting leaders - on Vulnerability and Psychological Safety - Jen is passionate about supporting her work and clients with empirical evidence.
In addition to her work in Ireland, Jen has spent the last decade gratefully working internationally with and empowering elite athletes, top decision makers, government officials, diplomats, and actors, in Europe, America, Russia and Asia, where she leverages her vulnerability research to optimise their communication performance, leadership and impact.
Jen is currently undertaking her PhD, and has keynoted and presented internationally on topics such as Vulnerability, and Engagement, for organisations such as "Business Leaders Malta" and the UK’s Engage for Success, as well as being a regular speaker at events with the British Association for Business Psychology.
EISBERG STRATEGY DIRECTOR
Borja Vélez holds a degree in Business Management and a diploma in Business Sciences from the University of the Basque Country. He possesses extensive experience as a business developer and international strategist within the large-scale energy generation sector, encompassing both conventional and renewable sources.
His professional journey has taken him to the United Kingdom, Iceland, and Spain, where he has been saccessfully part of contract negotiations worth up to $50M, with key decision-makers on an international scale while crafting strategies to facilitate the adaptation of combined cycle systems to the Paris Agreement's CO2 emission protocols.
Moreover, he is currently pursuing a degree in Clinical Psychology from the Univerisdad Oberta de Catalunya, further diversifying his expertise and demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth. Through his multifaceted background, Vélez embodies a synthesis of business acumen and psychological insight, poised to drive impactful change in the evolving strategy landscape.
